QAW for Fall Anyone? What about Maps?

Hi All -
Just received our QAW resources & guidebook and am pouring over it all. I honestly can't wait to teach history this year and (re)learn all this for myself as well as my children. Its all very exciting!:)

One question I do have is about the maps. I did not realize that I needed to order a CD of maps in addition to the package, is there another way that my kids can do the mapwork without spending another $20 for the CD? Anyone find something else that worked?

You don't need to buy the CD. I do know that Homeschool in the Woods has a PDF version, though, so that could be an option. Also, National Geographic (http://education.nationalgeographic.com/education/mapping/outline-map/)has some free maps. The Homeschool in the Woods maps are very nice, though.

Do a search for blank outline maps. I think there are several sites out there that have them for free.
